In this issue the Global 360 reporters take a closer took a look at Regent Park, bounded by Gerrard St. on the North, Shuter St. on the South, River St. on the East and Parliament St. on the West.
As Ontario approaches the eve of the provincial elections, Global 360 finds that, although the city has become an absentee landlord to the large tracts of community housing in Regent Park, residents and community workers are respondeding to civic issues on their own.
